Health for the New Year

Now, I'm not one of those people who makes those horrible New Year's resolutions to loose weight or be healthier (only one packet of tim-tams a night sort of thing). I do in a sense see the new year and the onset of the heat as a means of starting fresh and putting the less wonderful aspects of the previous year past behind me and learning from my mistakes. From what I can gleam these are the things that we should all be doing:
  • drinking a glass of honey and the juice of half a lemon with hot water upon rising
  • eating organic (if you have the money), healthy wholefoods
  • walk 30 minutes every morning 4-5 times a week
  • being positive
  • do weights and floor exercises (lunges, sit-ups etc) twice a week
  • get full body massages (no pain no gain)
  • do some form of physical activity you enjoy (yoga, ballet)
  • get a facial
  • drink green tea (preferably after having spicy tuna rolls and seaweed salad)
Facials and massages - so hard to be healthy
